Suggest Treatment For Stomach Infection

I had a stomach infection many months ago and got ciprofloxacin 500mg and calprotectin was 164, it s now 15. CRP was 5, it s now 1. Later I got diagnosed with chronic TWAR and got doxycycline 100mg. I have taken a lot of probiotics, the strongest product I used is VSL#3. I still have mucus in my stool and the color is often too light and slightly loose. I also have constant discomfort in my stomach, the intensity varies. MRI, ultrasound and x-ray show nothing. The General blood tests are all within normal range. I didn t have problems that I know of before the stomach infection. What can it be?

I think that your symptoms are caused by the use of the antibiotics Ciprofloxacin before and the Doxycycline later or better by their side or adverse effect on the intestinal microflora or better as it's called now microbiota, changes in quality and quantity that need time to improve even under probiotics treatment, so a bit of patience and continue with probiotics: I'd recommend Bioflor for sometime.
