Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Acidity And Bloating

Yes, it could be the infection but more common organism would be protozoa. Sometimes, it could be a mixed type of infection like bacteria and protozoa and looking to this I would suggest to try tab Doxycycline with Metronidazole.
