Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And IBS

Hi I know i have ibs. But also have had a ahystercomy 2 years ago. however i am having pain on mostly on my right side and back which radiates all the way across my stomach and back also my breasts feel heavy and sore and they feel like they are leaking but they are not

with regards to your symptoms I suggest to run
-abdominal ultrasound
-blood work

It may be related with
-ovarian issues
- gallbladder issues
I would like to know too if you have change bowel movements, loose weight?
