Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Bloating

I am 19, about 5' 10" and 210 pounds. I am currently experiencing bloating, intense stomach pain, and frequent urination. This has been going on for about two hours. I have taken a number of medicines, including an upset stomach relief liquid and a heartburn pill, none of which have helped the issue. I am generally healthy, although I have recently had a stomach bug (about one month ago) and am a regular, if not heavy, smoker.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Sudden pain in abdomen with bloating and urinary frequency could have been due to the following reasons:
UTI that is urinary tract infection, causing reflex bloating of intestines which in turn cause pain in abdomen.
Anxiety too can cause similar problems. And this can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Consult your Doctor or Urgent clinic so that a clinical evaluation, examination can be done and investigated accordingly.
Tests of urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
All these can give a proper diagnosis and give you additional treatment as you already have taken medications on your own.
