Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Blood In Stools

Im 55 years of age ,i have now had 3 weeks off work through feeling very unwell.Very large bloated round stomach painful all the time ,consipated then cannot stop going .Small amount of blood in stool Its so uncomfortable and very embarrassing .I stopped smoking in february,ive tried various things i stopped alcohol ,didnt eat bread for a while, excersise and all the things i think i should do to be healthy, please help any ideas

Hello,

Constipation may lead to straining while defecation leads to hemorrhoid formation and bleeding.

So, take high fiber diet, do regular exercise and drink plenty of water. Use syrup Lactulose at night after dinner for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
