hi 1 am 32 years old and female .i have three children and 73 kg weight.last three years i have stomac problam, feel burning .and some time feel to much pain in my stomac.my bp is also low evrey time.dr said take cofy and tea for low blood pressure.but because of stomac problem i cant take .plz suggest for me food and salution
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. 3 years is a long time to suffer from stomach ache with burning and low blood pressure. Tea, coffee, hot and spicy food should be avoided for effective treatment. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Take a PPI like Omeprazole. Antacids when on empty stomach. Get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist as you need the following investigations: Upper GI Endoscopy. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Blood tests of CBC, liver and kidney function, serum electrolytes. IF the serum electrolytes are abnormal, get corrected. Get a Cardiologist's opinion for low blood pressure to get the exact cause or to know this may be your normal blood pressure.
