HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, the over all investigative results and the symptoms given here could be suggestive of IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome ) it is kind of functional disease, try to come out of the stress, stay away from the stress, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, Positive IgM is not the diagnosis criteria for the TB but other test or the clinical condition needs to be taken in to consideration or correlated but not the IgM hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
