General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Certain viral infections give negative results of the bacterial culture.

Proper care with hydration, diet management, GI supportive care with Rifaximin and other gut flora preparations will help to recover at its best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
