Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain , Nausea And Constipation

My son has had the following symptoms for years. No doctor has been able to find the cause. He has stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea or constipation, and mucus in stool. The symptoms are worse after eating a bigger meal. Vomiting with symptoms followed by dehydration. No fever. Flush feeling when stressed. Takes klonopin which makes him sleepy. They have checked serotonin syndrome and carcinoid syndrome. Did a heavy metal test a couple years ago.

Hii,for me with symptoms look like irritable bowel syndrome ,in this scenario to treat the patient is very difficult so may be he has constipation predominent IBS.So they need to eat high fibre diet less spicy ,and try to see himself after what kind of food is causing or incressing the symptoms. That itself will help in relieving the symptoms rest is symptomatic let him take tab rcifax 400 mg for twice a week, tab ibset twice a day for 1 month, good laxative which contains polyethylene glycol daily in the night.
hope you will get better vrry soon
thank you
