Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain , Nausea And Diarrhea

Hi I am a female 34 I am having severe pain around and above the bellybutton I have nausea with some vomiting along with diarrhea not so much liquidity but soft I gone about 10 times today it hurt to bend sit and lay on either side I don't what I should do.

Hi I am Dr Fahim and I will help with your Problem

I have gone through your question. It appears to be Acute Gastroentritis. In this disease there are loose stools along colicky pain and Nausea and vomiting. It is a common condition and easily treatable. If such a patient walk into my clinic i usually recommend good hydration usaully with ORS. Further I prescribe tab metronidazol 400mg 12hourly, tab ciprofloxacin 500mg 12hourly along with pain killer and tab Buscopan/Nospa (Anti spasmotic). Patient are usually alright in a matter of days. Wishing you rapid recovery.
