Dear-thanks for using our service and will help you with my medical advise. It is important to do a checkup of your son. He might be stress out due to miss you but will need to have a complete laboratory exam and see the pediatrician for a physical exam. Gastroesophageal reflux is a common cause of abdominal pain and vomit due to excessive acid . However, lactose intolerance or gluten enteropathy can cause diarrhea and abdominal pain.
