Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite

My stomach is paining and two days back I had vomited like 15-20 times .. The doctor gave me 2 tablets zophor and ocid .. Vomitings have stopped but my stomach is paining little bit.. And I dont feel like eating how I used to eat before .. Please suggest?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
So many vomitings can itself cause electrolyte imbalance and should be corrected if required so that the weakness and appetite will improve.
Zophor an Ocid have worked well but you still have mild pain in the abdomen.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Continue the medication.
Watch for loose stools, gases or so as you may need further medications if there is an intestinal infection in the form of antibiotics.
Send the stool and blood for tests. Further management if needed as per the symptoms and the reports of the investigations.
Get ultrasound of the abdomen and upper GI Endoscopy if the problems persist.
Take plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
