General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I really appreciate your concern for your wife.
I would advise her to take sucralfate syrup or antacids in addition to pantoprazole she is already taking.

In opinion, my she should see gastroenterologist for an endoscopy if not done till date.

In addition to medicine I would advise her to follow these guidelines
complete avoidance of spicy and junk food
lot of fresh fruits and vegetables
Curd, yoghurt and diary products will definitely help her.
Ask her to remain cheerful and happy because anxiety and stress further aggravates the duodenitis.
Have plenty of fluids and fruit juices.

Hope this helps her.
Best wishes
