Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain

hi my partner has been suffering seviere stomach pains for the past four days now hes been taking pain killers throughout but nothing seems to ease iit we went to the hospital earlier but the doctor that we saw didnt seem interested and sent him away saying it was his diet but nothing has changed in his diet recently in fact he doesnt eat much junk food anymore could you help?

Some advice that I can give to you are:
-Use PPI medication,like nexium
-Avoid smoking
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol
-Avoid spicy foods
-avoid anti-inflammatory drugs
