Hello

I won't get worried If the pain is not associated with loose motion/constipation,vomiting,urinary difficulty, any weight loss, sleep disturbances.
The abdominal pain in this age many a time is not associated with any finding and then is called recurrent abdominal pain or fictional abdominal pain.

In case you notice any of these further investigation will be needed.

You can give drotaverine or dicyclomine for symptomatic relief.

Regards
