Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain,nausea And Diarrhea

For the past 3three months i feel unconfortable in my stomach.It becomes tight and big as soon as i have my food thou it is less.i had diarrhea for 4days last and took tablets. I feel nausea before and aftet having food. After having food i get stomach pain.Pl help me to get resolved with my stomach pain.
