Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

- Use PPI medication to low acid level of the stomach
- Stay away from cigarette smoke
- Do not consume caffeine or alcohol
- Avoid spicy foods
- Do an endoscopy if you don't get better to rule out the cause

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
