Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset With Pale Yellow Stools

A week ago I woke up throwing up, chilled, achy. Able to feel better late that day. Able to eat very little. Sat. felt better able to eat. However, late afternoon very bloated, sick to stomach, had lots of gas & belching. This cycle went on for 3 days. Didn't eat much, but did have bland diet. Now week later still have upset stomach, & yellow/pale stool for past week.
