Suggest Treatment For Straightening Of Lumbar Curve
hi, had regular back pain on right upper back. did x ray and report says straightening of lumbar curve. subte scoliosis of thrco lumbar spine and concave towards right. verebral showing eraly degenrative chnages w small marinal osteophytes at l3,4,5.rest normal.please advise what to do. thanks Paartha

Straightening of lumbar curve indicates spasm of paraspinal muscles.. take treatment to relieve spasm in form of IFT from a physio and start strengthening of core Abdominals and back muscles
