Suggest Treatment For Stroke

I have a 46 year old relative who has recently suffered from a stroke and is paralysed on the right side. She suffered from diabetes prior to this. She was prescribed the following medications - Plavix, Optilip, Atorvastin (Lipitor) & Novolin. Presently she has swelling over her entire body, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing and also wheezing. What do you suggest she does?

HI
Well come to HCM
Looking to the history given here possibility of congestive cardiac failure need to be ruled out, because symptoms of breathing difficulty and swelling indicates this, for the paralysis physiotherapy is the only option remained, else drugs has got very minimal role, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
