Suggest Treatment For Strong And Odd Smelling Urine

A few months ago my urine started smelling funny and very strong, I couldn't pinpoint the smell, but now I feel it may be more metallicy, but no other different symptoms than why I have been experiencing on and off the last couple of years (which seem to be like UTI symptoms but half of the tests have come back negative). More recently I have noticed that when I am standing and walking I have a constant urge to pee but not when sat down, even if I know I need to go and over the past week or so have noticed a constand need to go to the toilet with a full bladder (it is becoming imbarrasing). My urine is also very clear with a very small hint of green but this may be my eyesite which is also affecting me a lot just now(perhaps due to tiredness). I have also now got a pain in my side which had came a couple of times after urinating but at the moment it hasn't eased off. I feel like I have been hit. I don't know if this would relate but i have small damaged skin patches that look like I have scraped skin off and I dont know where they came from but I do know that a couple of times I have accidently made them worse because my legs get very itchy when im anxious. Im in my early 20's about 5'3" and vary between 10 and 11 stone back and forth each day. (probably a bad set of scales). I want to be about 9 stone but am not dieting to achieve this. Almost every member of my direct family including males are prone to kidney infections and UTIs and my mum has scarred kidneys probably due to UTIs. I have not changed my diet or excersise and am still not drinking enough fluids or more fluids. Could you tell me what might be going on? If you need anything more please let me know.
