Suggest Treatment For Sudden Dizziness, Nausea And Fatigue

Hi,my sister woke this morning at 3am to go to the toilet,& after getting up felt extremely dizzy{this came on as soon as she got up-no symptoms yesterday at all} & bounced into the wall & barely made it to the loo. She felt she had low blood pressure,extremely dizzy{lying down or standing-which is worse,so has to lie down.She hasn t been able to keep any fluids or food down as she feels very nauseous,& tries to just have tiny amounts of water & small amounts of soup. Still has dizziness{all day}& feels very nauseous,& has to lie down if she s been standing for only a few minutes.I m concerned because she will get very dehydrated,& lose energy by not being able to eat. I m not sure if she has a superbug{cold/flu type thing with extra issues}but I m concerned as she is always fit,well & healthy. Any ideas? With thanks,Nick I am on a disability & can t afford to pay for this help.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of dizziness, nausea and vomiting then it needs to be sent for CT of brain, it may be due to infection, vestibular dysfunction, age related, endocrine dysfunction, and others, till then condition can be managed with Tab Domperidone 30 mg for nausea and vomiting, Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day for dizziness hope this information helps.
