Suggest Treatment For Sun Burn And Swollen Forehead Due To Exposure To Sun
Hi, I arrived in Spain on Friday and was in the sun for 2 days with sun cream on my face with spf 20. I got slighlty burned but not too badly and on my second evening my forhead has swollen up a lot, do you know if I should take anything? I have been covering my face since and have tried icing it however it hasnt really made a difference. Thanks

hi..you should clean the forehead if wound is there,,apply some soothing cream use icepack but wrapped in cloth,,not to use directly on the skin..you can take painkillers and anti inflammatory,,do use sunblock with spf 60...thanks
