Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bump Under Knee Cap

Took a hard fall down stairs on Saturday eving, hit right below both knees on cement step. Have a large bump under knee cap. Swelling is down quite a bit from Saturday. No pain walking, working out. Painful to touch and pain from continued swelling.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you you have got hematomas below your knees .Hematoma gradually resolved by itself .Thrombophob gel local application three times a day over it(no rubbing) can help in resolving it. Sometimes haematoma does not resolve by themselves. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.
