Hello,
I read your message carefully and understood your concern.
It seems you have a long time being with
constipation. The hard stools have damaged your anal mucosa and make you experience pain and precipitate hemorrhoids (piles) which are quite common in these circumstances.
First of all, you must treat your constipation in order to maintain a healthy intestinal function.
1. Change your diet: eat more fiber rich foods, increase water intake, etc.
2. Stay physically active, it will stimulate intestinal transit
3. Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora with more good/healthy bacteria
4. Take fiber supplements including prunes,
psyllium, etc.
5. Stool softeners can ease stool passage (e.g.
lactulose).
6. In severe cases, anal enema can help
7. Keep good anal hygiene, wash your anal area each time your have a bowel movement. Apply prep H after you have a bowel movement.
In case the symptoms will persist and no improvement,
colonoscopy examination may be necessary and further evaluation by
proctologist.
Hope this was helpful for you.
