Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient u have got injury to your right knee which is significant. Taking rest for 45 fans in cylinder cast will definitely help in fracture healing and healing your acl ligament.but torn medial meniscus will not heal and requires surgical management. Now a days it is done arthroscopic approach in which with minimal and small incisions scope is inserted into knee and surgery is done with arthroscopic instruments. You will require arthroscopic repair of torn meniscus. Please visit expert arthroscopic surgeon and get yourself examined. All the best.
