Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Neck Under Ear

Have a swelling in neck under ear. Loss of appetite. For two days, metallic taste in mouth. I am 56 with good blood work as of two weeks ago and fine at last Primary Care visit on Friday last week. I feel generally ill. I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis however my numbers looked pretty good within the last two weeks. Vomiting & Diarrhea two days ago. Stomach pain yesterday. Neither Diarrhea nor vomiting severe.

I think you should start antibiotics like amoxicillin with clavulanic acid for five days. The swelling should subside. If not, get fnac done from swelling
