Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Legs,ankles And Feet

I am having swelling and pain in my legs, ankles, feet and hands. Sometimes, the pain is so bad in my feet, I start limping. My legs and feet burn. I have a bulge on my right leg and feels as if it is full of fluid. MRI s and ultrasounds show nothing. What type of doctor should I see?
