Suggest Treatment For Swelling Of Rectum With Blood In Stool
while defaecating I have observed a drop or two of blood occasionaly now it is getting worse nowadays after passing stool there is swelling in the rectum and there is burning and itching sensation which sometimes becomes very painful what it is? to whom i should see? is it curable by regulating diet etc

Your symptoms seem to be related to Hemorrhoids.
Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
-Use topical treatments.
-Apply an over-the-counter Hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
