Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Forehead

My 10 month old fell off bed and hit forehead above left eye. The left eye is narrower than right eye and I want to make sure he is ok. He is playing fine and tracks well. His happened on Monday night. Nurse at dr office said because of gravity eye is swollen.

Swelling of the eye is usual and subsides in due course.
You should observe the child for 48 hours for
Vomiting
Convulsions
altered sensation (lethergy)
