Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Knee After Injury
I fell down last week and on hard concrete and hit did something to my foot, knee bruised swelling going down and caught most of my weight on my Right Side my knee and wrist. My concert is that on top of my foot there is a bulging vein and it doesn t seem to be going down. do I need to be concerned
Yes Dear you have suffered blunt trauma to your foot and knee with contusion. I would advise Xray of foot anteroposterior and oblique views and Xray of involved knee anteroposterior and lateral views to rule out bony abnormalities. If it's normal take Tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day. Apply cold compresses every 2 hourly. Take tab pantocid 40mg twice a day. If Xray report is abnormal need to consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby you.
