I have swelling to the inner aspect of my left arm. When I stretch my arm out palm side up, you can see the swelling and difference in size compared to my right side. I have pain when I bend, extend, and touch the area. It started about a month ago. No redness noted and no trauma. I am 51, female, type II insulin dependent, overweight,
Swelling on inner aspect of arm can be due to hematoma or soft tissue swelling. I suggest you to get a fine needle aspiration from the swelling to assess the nature of cells in swelling.
