Suggest Treatment For Swelling, Pain And Tenderness In Lower Back After Injury
So today in a school hallway I decided summersaulting would be a good idea (it wasn t) ad I ended up smashing my lower back off the ground (kind of and left and right of where the tailbone is at lower back, exactly where back dimples are). I continued doing more and more summersaults, which resulted I m severe pain. The spots are tender to touch and hurt even when I lightly touch them, is swelled, was numb a bit after it first happened, and is warm to touch. It also hurts A LOT when I walk. It s been almost right hours since its happened and there s no sign of bruising, but the spots are still red.
