Suggest Treatment For Swelling, painful Hard Spots And Numbness In Legs

i was in the hospital and had cellulitis in my lower left leg. I was on antibiotics for 7 days.I still have alot of swelling and several really hard spots on my leg that are extremely painful. Now I have numbness in my foot. I cant hardly walk because the pain is so bad. I was in the hospital for 3 days. I had a fever again this morning. Should I go back to the doctor or wait for a few days if not better?
