Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Abdomen Below The Rib Cage

I have extreme swelling and pain iny stomach just under my left rib cage. I had a CT and nothing was found. I had and upper endoscope and biopsies were done. I was diagnosed with acid erosion of the stomach lining. I am taking omeprazole ranitidine and pepcid complete. Along with a live probiotic. I am on my 4th day of treatment and still have swelling and terrible pain. It is not gas it is swelling. I tried a enema to clean out but that did not help. I would appreciate your opinion. Gastritis with acid reflux with ? IBS.
Enema taken by your suggests that you were having constipation.
Treatment-
Bland diet.
No Alcohol.
Tab Normaxin x 2- 4-6 weeks
Tab Azithromycin 500 mg x 4 times a day.
Tab Doxycyclin 100 mg 2 times a day.
Tab Metronidazole x 400 mg 3 times a day x 2-6 weeks, under expert cover from GI specialist.
