Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle And Feet

I have feet and ankle swelling in both. Started a few days ago. At first thought it was just from the heat. But they have never been like this b4. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and stage 3 kidney disease. Also have had 2 bypasses on my left leg.
