Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle
About 2 weeks ago, I got hit by a softball in the ankle. I noticed a swelling on the inside of my ankle a couple of days ago and my medical trainer said he was going to break it up by rubbing upwards on my leg. I was doing this tonight and I felt some of it sort of poo and a weird watery sound. Suggestions?
