Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you have developed soft tissue injury in leg. It causes accumulation of blood in the leg in shin. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.NSAID like Brufen 400 mg twice daily.
2.Rest and hot water fomentation.
3.Compression bandage
4.Antibiotics if you have high blood sugar
If there is decrease in pain then its ok. if not then you need to take physician's advise.
I find this answer helpful
