Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Fingers

Hi i fx my wrist and i have a spica cast on it has cause me a lot of discomfort i went back because it was to tight my fingers where bunched up and the cast cover my knuckles. He cut it down some but my hand continue s to swell in it and and my fingerss hurt. My hand always feel like it is falling asleep and my finers i have to message them all day what do u recommend

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, you seem to be under a tight cast first of all remove the cast, and you need to reapply that and this time please consult a hand surgeon of its application, remember any cast causing swelling and numbness can cause irreversible damage to your hand so get rid of it as early as possible, till then keep your hand elevated.
