Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee

I fell onto knee two days ago, it it swollen twice the size of the other, hurts to bend, but not that bad to walk on once I get going plus it feels like there is a lot of fluid under the skin, I have an ace bandage on it, I ve been icing it and taking NSAIDs, is this sufficient treatment for know?

knee effusion can be due to internal ligament injury.
I will advise you MRI knee and clinical examination.
If required knee aspiration may be required.
