I fell down a couple of steps and landed on both knees hard. left kneecap is still swollen and both hurt. I find it very difficult to walk the steps especially to come back up. Pain is also on the inside of left side of knee I have had surgery there two years ago but there is uncomfortabi lity behind the knee also. I have used the ice and soak in the hot tub . still have trouble walking. Thinking about seeing the dr
