Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got shoulder injury due to accident. It is rotators cuff tear as per MRI report. Your doctor planned surgery and then after sometimes said it doesn't require surgery. It may be a partial tear. Treatment of it is rest, icing and analgesics (diclofenac ). Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside also give relief. Vitamin-B complex and Vitamin C supplementation can used to promote healing. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
