Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testis In Kids

Hello Doctor.My son is 5 years old having wt approx 18.5 kg & hight of approx 3.5 feet .his right testis is swollen for four to five days having pain during movement(the swelling is not due to accidental trouma).plz suggest which treatment would be better, homeopathy or allopathy.

Does he had any fever, cough, cold, skin rashes before developed pain?? A history and clinical examination is needed in detail... Plz visit a pediatrician and if required a surgeon for further opinion... As I have learned in allopathy I assure it really works... Can't comment about homeopathy..
