Hi,Welcome to healthcaremagic. After going through your query I cancluded that you may be suffering from acute gout. Acute gout attack may not be related to Uric acid level. Sometimes uric acid level may be normal. It's treatment is rest, analgesic such as ibuprofen. For chronic gout fabustat can be given. You can discuss to your doctor about it.
