all my metacarpal/phalangeal joints are swollen and very sore for the last 6 weeks, Ive had this before but usually only lasted for 3-4 days. My arm muscles are very sore too and have fatigue,insomnia,. I am a 53 yr woman, slim build and work with my hands. general feeling of malaise. It is very difficult to do anything with my hands or arms since they hurt so much.
