Suggest Treatment For Swollen Clitoris And Itchy Vulvar Area

I m 64 yrs old; have itchy vulvar area and swelling in clitoris and inner labia. No discharge; wet prep and KOH both negative (only a few white cells). On Flagyl for 2 days and prescrip anrihistamine for one; no improvement. What could this be? No change in detergents etc. Thanks.
