Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eyes In A Child

After last weekend away ( 13th-16th) with a hot tub at our lodge we all seem to have folliculitis. My 10 yr old daughtet has very swollen eyes (as she kept going under the water) as well as a rash all over trunk. Does she need treatment for her eyes?

The rashes and the swollen eyes can be due to some allergy.
Try anti allergics orally for a few days.
It will be prudent to test the urine for the presence of proteins also.
