Suggest Treatment For Swollen Knuckle After Injury
A few months ago, i was training for a competition in MMA on my bag, and i didn t notice the padding moved and i punched into a solid block of cement, my knuckle swelled up for about 4days, black a blue. when it was done being swollen its stayed tender for all this time still, the knuckle is no longer arched and is just a flat surface. What happened and is it possible i need medical attention ?
