Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node On Back Of The Nack

I have a swollen lymph node back side of my neck about half way down the neck. I am 25 year old male, and dip tobacco regularly for the past 5 years. My neck is stiff went to an oral surgeon about a bump in my upper lip said was scare tissue, and possibly blocking a salvary gland. I also have a movable lump that I had two dentists look at and they said it was a blocked salvary gland. My neck feels stiff and the lymph node has been there for a month. thanks

General Surgeon 's  Response
your lymph node in the neck seems to be due to some infective focus in the mouth.Regional lymph nodes draining a particular area get enlarged. These will subside with the passage of time.
