Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes On Thighs

I am 23 years old not in the greatest shape, i am a recovering drug addict/ Well depends on how you look at it i go to a methadone Treatment center and am on (53mg) of methadone i smoke about a half a pack a day, i am a Independent Video Game Programmer so i set on my Butt all day long, i snack on junk food and drink pop/Sod, i am starting a (No processed Food Diet This Week! I have Severe anxiety and very bad panic attacks, when i have panic attacks or anxiety i feel and believe i am dying "Everyday" also i am going to start exercising.

SO ON TO MY MEDICAL PROBLEM!!!


I have a swollen lymph node on my right/left inner thighs right leg one is on inner thigh and left one is near groin, they are both in stretchmarks. when i first noticed this i had a pimple/boil on my thigh i popped it and after it healed i seen that it had a half of a BB Size raised lump in the stretch mark, it would not pop and when i tried to pop it, it just moved around, the skin on my stretchmarks is very thin and i could see what was under the skin it looks white so i got tweezers and tried to pull it out The skin tore a little exposing the white knot, when i tried to grab my skin to hold it so i could pull it out it will just suck down into skin making it hard to get ahold of, i finally did but when trying to pull it out i noticed it was Attached to a very fine Clear "Thread like" vesse. so after that i desided it was best to leave untouched until i could get to the doctor. well before i got into a doctor one poped up on my right Inner Thigh, i was almost positive that this was a boil after no sucsess of poping i noticed 2 very hard knots in side both bigger then the one on my left leg both are the size of a BB,


"Just under the skin on top of both lumps looks like a black hair like thread that will not come out" Please Someone help me in pointing me in the right direction
